When we meet for your discovery call, I will be asking you to tell me a bit about your business and what you want your marketing to look like. I will ask for clarification on anything you submitted on your form and we will chat in general to make sure we’re ethically and socially on the same page.
Once we’ve chatted and decided it’s a good fit on both ends, I will send over a quote with my retainer packages and a full skills list so you can decide what you’d like me to work on and how much time you want to use. You’ll email me back with a confirmation of what package you want.
At that point, I send over paperwork for you to read and sign. And we will start your contract at the next 1st-of-month.

I bill out my retainers at the beginning of the month and you have until the end of the month to pay it.
Any client who’s late in payment has 2% of their total invoice applied per-day that the invoice is late. It’s yucky. I hate doing it. If you’re going to be delayed, let me know ahead of time so we can work something out.
More than 3 late payments will cause your account to switch from net 30 to pay-upon-receipt and work will start for the month when payment has been received.

30 days notice is required to end a contract. There is no minimum time to work together, but I recommend a minimum of 6 months because it takes 1-2 months to get everything set up and to fully onboard to your brand voice and get all the templates we need set up. By month 3, the output we achieve is what can be expected.

If the budget/timing isn’t right, there is no pressure to get started. I like my clients to be comfortable and prepared to invest a couple of months into onboarding me appropriately so if things are hectic and you don’t have time to work with me, you can reach out when you do. There is no guarantee that a retainer will be available at that time.
